Our philosophy is not to put as many work benches into a dental laboratory as possible. We rather create an environment where technicians are comfortable and love to be. The proprietor of the business benefits greatly because there is less sick leave and the technicians spend more time in the laboratory than anywhere else. They enjoy spending their time in the laboratory rather than dreading being there.
